At the end of the meeting, the Committee will be available to accept payments of Subscriptions, Contributions to ‘100 Club’, Competition Entry Fees etc.
Rule 18 - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The quorum for an Annual General Meeting shall be thirty per cent of the Club membership. The AGM shall be held on a day to be decided by the Main Committee, or at such time as the Club in general meeting shall decide, provided that not more than 15 months shall elapse between Annual General Meetings. The date, time and place shall be published on the Club notice board not later than one month before the end of the outdoor bowling season. Formal notice of the meeting shall be given to each member at least fourteen days prior to the meeting, together with the agenda. A member wishing to move any resolution or put forward a matter for discussion at the AGM should indicate his/her intention to do so by giving notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less than twenty-one days prior to the date of the meeting.
